What Happened to Ice Cream??

Have you looked at the ingredients in your ice cream you are eating-lately? There's not much there that says cream-some of the ingredients guar gum etc I am not sure I would want to digest. I left a gallon of pail ice cream in the trunk overnight and when I found it the next day it looked like half glue and half oil. I haven't bought any since. The only ice cream I have found that looks like it's REAl is Ben & Jerrys and Haagen Daaz-but the calorie content *yikes*
I use to buy Breyers All Natural Light but the changed it and added all the gunk that I can get in the cheap store brands. Email your favorite ice cream brand and tell them you want ice cream!!! Not gummy glue!
